While some people age more slowly than others, fitness enthusiast Norma Williams appears to have the power to turn back the hands of time. She appears young despite being over 70. She also wants to spread the important message that, with proper care, aging bodies can get better.

Her body wasn’t always the way it is now. Norma had been overweight and lacked healthy habits since she was a young child. She began altering her lifestyle when she was 28 years old. It’s been a journey for Norma, who is still on because most people can’t change lifetime habits overnight.
She observed that as she changed her lifestyle, both her life and her appearance changed. She eventually arrived at a place where she was content with who she was. She advises taking baby steps and allowing yourself to take years and years if you want to change your lifestyle.
She claims that regular exercise is what helped her body become perfect. She goes to the gym twice a week and engages in fast walking four times per week. She gradually upped her exercise regimen while also improving her diet. She used to be able to consume a family-sized bag of chips and numerous cookies, but she persisted in improving herself.
Noma contends that despite the fact that we frequently treat our bodies disrespectfully, when we make an effort to change for the better, they respond favorably. It’s time to love yourself and your body, regardless of any stretch marks, wrinkles, or saggy skin!
